Zhang Ke
PDFZhang Ke (b. 1996, Huaibei, Anhui) received her BFA from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2018 and her MFA from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, London, in 2021. She currently lives and works in Shanghai. Zhang’s works explore the miracle of personal perspective. She analogizes artistic creation to alchemy, extracts concepts from elements and reorganizesthem, uses the original nature of elements to create illusion, and creates a series of paintings with absurd atmosphere. Her works are held in the collections of X Museum, Longlati Foundation and other institutions.
